1. How do I make a purchase?
  • Choose your desired goods and select “size” and “quantity”.

  • To add the item to the cart, click “Add to Cart”.

  • Click on the cart to review selected items and make changes if needed.

  • If you have an applicable “Promo Code””, enter it and click on ‘’ Apply ‘’.

  • Do a final check before proceeding to checkout, to make payment.

  • Select preferred delivery methods and fill in all necessary details.

  • Proceed to Purchase and choose the preferred payment method.

  • Please review your orders again and total amount before completing the payment.

*You will receive an automated confirmation email shortly after you have placed your order.
**Your order is not confirmed unless you receive the confirmation email.
2. How long does it take to confirm my order?

Orders are confirmed within 2 working days once payment has been completed.

3. Can I amend my order after it has been confirmed and paid for?

We regret to inform that amendments cannot be made as all confirmed orders are processed almost immediately for delivery for you to enjoy it as soon as possible.

4. I am having issues using the coupon/voucher code.

Please cross check the terms and conditions of the promo code. If issues persists, please chat with us.

5. What do I do when items in my cart are out of stock?

If the items is out of stock, firstly remove the items from the cart and then proceed to checkout. To be notified on the restock, subscribe to our newsletter and receive latest updates!

6. What do I do if I receive a faulty item or have a problem with an item ordered?

1. What and where is my order confirmation number?

The order confirmation number can be found in the email sent to you. Alternatively, you can find it in ’Order Status’ under ‘My Account’.

1. What are your delivery options and what is the cost?

We offer local delivery options throughout Singapore. Please provide us with a valid address and contact details.

Cut-off time for local orders is 11.00AM on a working day. Any order placed after 11.00AM will be processed the following day.


  • Self-collection, kindly wait for a confirmation delivery email to be sent before heading down.

  • Standard Courier comes with tracking services which can be found at https://www.singpost.com/track-items

  • Normal Mail via SingPost are non-traceable and will reach you within 6 working days.

Umeko will not be held liable for lost packages shipped via Normal Mail. It is rare for normal mail to be lost, however, it does happen from time to time. We do our best to minimise such instances by securing your item and including a return address. In the event that your package is returned, we will notify you accordingly.

As such, we highly recommend that you self-collect or choose registered mail.

2. Can I upgrade my delivery methods afterward?

Unfortunately once your order had been paid and processed, we are unable to change your preferred delivery method.

3. I entered the wrong address, what should I do?

The delivery address cannot be amended once the order has been paid. In the event that the wrong address was indicated in the order, and the package is delivered, Umeko will not be liable for any replacement or refund. The carrier will charge an additional cost for change of address for undelivered parcels with wrong/invalid address.

4. What should I do if my order has not arrived?

Please email us at ecommerce@umeko.com.sg or call us at +65 6561 6030 and we will update you on your item status.

1. For defective and incorrect items, we have a 10-day exchange policy upon receipt of order.​
  • Item must be in its original purchase condition, packaging must be unopened, unused and unmarked with tag intact.

  • Items purchased as a part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

  • This return policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as Non-exchangeable or non-returnable.

2. What happens if I am unhappy with the product?

Unfortunately we do not accept refunds and return of items if you have made an incorrect purchase. Please review your cart before finalizing your order.

Terms of Exchange 
  1. Please notify us via email at ecommerce@umeko.com.sg, regarding your request for exchange within 7 days of receipt of order. If your request is approved, items have to be returned within 3 working days. Requests for exchange thereafter will not be entertained.

  2. Exchanges will be handled strictly by mail.

  3. Items must be returned in the original condition, with tag intact, unworn/unwashed without any manmade stains/perfume stains or scents/deliberate damage etc. Returned items not received in their original state with be returned to the customer (delivery fees apply). We reserve the rights to reject a return if it is not in its original condition.

  4. Any exchange will be one-time and will not be applicable for a second exchange.


Exchanges will only be done on these occasions:

  1. Defective Item Received / Incorrect Item Received


An exchange will only be facilitated if stocks are available. Request to change to another design/colour will not be allowed. All shipping fees will be borne by the customer.


Exchanges will not be done on these occasions:

  1. Apparel purchased in the wrong colour/material/texture.
    - Self-made mistakes

  2. Difference in colour
    - Due to different monitor settings, colour of apparel may differ. As such, the variance in colour is not regarded as a defect.

  3. Deliberate Damage
    - Pen marks, coffee stains, perfume stains, removing a button

  4. Variance in Printed/Dyes Apparels
    - For printed/dyed apparels, there may be slight variance due to fabric placement. Requests for exchange due to such reasons will not be entertained.
